I needed an asbestos remediation on the old plaster/lathe in the ceiling of my porch. I sought 5 quotes in total but in the end Oakwood Village Contracting's was both thorough in explaining the approach to the work and cost competitive.

Israel and team did a great job and were very conscientious in their work, and for the most part we barely knew they were there. Communication of what was happening when was clear throughout. The result was passed by a third party consultant without issues and provides me with a nice clean and safe base for me to continue with my project.

I would highly recommend Oakwood Village Contracting for asbestos abatement services and would use them again without a second thought if I ever need to open up something else in my 100 year old house!

I had a flood on the second floor of my house which led to the main floor and realized the walls and ceilings had asbestos. The guys from Oakwood Village removed all the wet drywall and they did and amazing job, everything was so clean and readu for the next contractor to start the renovation.
