In April, a technician came to the house to service our washing machine. He said that a particular part was required (approximate cost $295) . I gave him the go ahead to order the part. He indicated that it would be 6-8 weeks before the part was received. It's been 6 months. I have called GNA 5 times, trying unsuccessfully to get an update. During the most recent call, I was told that I would definitely get a call, before the end of the day ... didn't happen ... still waiting.

Andy immediately had the problem diagnosed and repaired properly and quickly.

After talking with the GNA service desk, a technican (Shaked) came to my house a couple days later to diagnose the issue. He did it quickly and wrote a quote. I decided to proceed, and after calling them back, it took ~5 business days to order/receive the replacement heating element and do the repair. Shaked called in advance to confirm the appointment time, and systematically dissassembled the range to replace the non-working element. He showed me during this process how and where it had failed and allowed me to take photos. I felt like he was efficient and well prepared in his repair. After he was finished, approx 2.5 hours, he showed me the fixed burner and also confirmed all other heating elements were also in good order. Overall, I thought he did a great job. He arrived on time, came prepared, fixed the stove in one visit and educated me on it while he did it. I would highly recommend using him and he will be my first call for any repair work like this in the future.

Definitely hire again for needs. The technician tried to reduced the fee where possible.

The employees are great, courteous and prompt response. I would give a 5 stars to the staffs. However they were unable to fix the water leaks under the veg trays. I noticed the water returned after the 3rd day of the repair. I called them and the technician came back, told me he could not identify the cause but think it may due to some tiny crack inside the cooler panel, so he bandaged the cracks and left. The water returned again everyday since. I called GNS and the manager agreed to refund me partial of the repair.

I need an assessment on why my oven was smoking while baking. Shad advised me what the problem was, and he looked after it. He was very professional and patient.

Dishwasher was leaking water continuously. Looked for a local repair company with good ratings. Unfortunately, didn't realize that sites can pay for good reviews. Contacted a supposed Oakville appliance repair company to come, $75 for the visit, which would be included in the repair bill but they would not give me an overall estimate. For a half hours work, the tech shut off the leaky valve and said he would have to order a new water inlet valve and come back. Labour $142.50, water inlet valve $69.07, tax $27.50 for a total of $239.07 He came back 2 days later to install the valve, half hour work, Labour $142.50, water inlet valve $69.07, tax $27.50 for another $239.07. Total payment $478.14
The cost of the job seemed overly inflated and I called 4 other repair centres who agreed I was overcharged. A good company would have had the valve to replace the broken one and not have to charge for a return visit. One company said it would have been $90 for a half hour plus cost of parts. On average, they would have only charged about $200 for the job. One company said if they had to come back to finish a repair they wouldn't have charged for the second visit. I looked up the cost of the valve on Amazon and it was roughly $30 and I was charged $138.14

I would not recommend this company.

I have since spoken with the company representative and have reconciled our differences. In future, I would be more cautious about where the positive reviews are posted and get several estimates so I know what a fair price for work to be done is. The small family businesses were very helpful when contacted with my queries.

My dryer wasn't blowing properly. I thought the blower was dead. Technician came and quickly realized that my vent was clogged. Fixed it very quickly and advised me to have the vent repaired. Excellent service. I will definitely call them for any future repairs.

Checked out our dryer (we just moved into a new condo) and gave very helpful advice for maintaining and running the dryer. Confirmed there were no issues with it. Very courteous, polite and helpful.

We live in Georgetown and Shaqed and Dan had to deal with installation of a newer model dishwasher and an older home. They handled the situation with patience and good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
