Bedroom closets

Toronto

The closets were completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Unfortunately we have very old closets that do not go by standard dimensions, so Black and White will be coming back to make some adjustments in the coming days.

Bad at communication

Toronto

While the job the team completed was neat and professional, there was an adjustment that needed to be made after they finished the job as I wasn't available to oversee the finished product. Unfortunately they have been extremely uncommunicative since I informed them I would like the adjustment made, despite me paying the full amount. Once I finally got in touch with them, they said they would come to fix the issue and we scheduled a time. They never showed up and I still haven't been able to reach them several days later.
