I had a small bathroom with the same footprint redone. The team and Rajen were very professional and courteous and timely. The guys even laid down tarps on the stairs since it was in the middle of January so no mess was tracked thru the house. While this was the most expensive of the 3 quotes i gathered i have only good words for the company. Thank you Rajen and team.

One of my investments faced a major pipe burst and leak that destroyed the whole kitchen, major parts of the ceilings all the way to the basement and flooring.
I was on a total time crunch where my insurance recommended Rajen and his team from D&M construction.

Rajen was phenomenal. From the emergency repairs to getting straight into fixing all the major components after the insurance approval, he made sure I was always updated with pictures and any selections despite me being out of town. He ensured I was relaxed and well taken care of. I have rarely experienced such proactive and exemplary service, having worked with many contractors in the past. I highly recommend Rajen due to his professionalism and making sure the job is throughly well done.

I was so impressed with Rajen and his team from the minute I got the quote. It was detailed, clear and specific. He spent time with us to explain step by step what would be done in our garage. His team worked efficiently and our garage was left spotless when they were complete. They even went the extra mile to offer help and options when another small issue was uncovered. I will gladly use D&M again and would happily recommend them for any type of restoration repairs.

We had a sewage back up that flooded our finished basement, so we contacted our insurance company and I was told that one of their preferred contractor will contact me. Within an hour of speaking with D&M Construction they had a team on site ready to work.

It was an incredibly stressful situation for us but they were able to take a lot of that stress away. They were professional and worked very quickly. They left my home very clean and we are very happy with the outcome. It was almost like we never had a flood, “Almost”. After the initial cleanup was completed they commenced the repairs and the commitment and quality of service was the same from the start. Our basement was repaired in no time at all and the workmanship was amazing. I highly recommend this company for emergency situations and repairs. I was amazed that one company took care of my entire process.

We needed to renovate our main floor kitchen, so we contacted D&M Construction. We can't say enough positive things about them. I never worked with a renovation company who was so committed. Communication was clear, they were always on schedule and the pricing was fair. The work they completed was amazing and I will certainly use this company again.

D&M Construction did a fantastic job with the remodel of our Master ensuite. We wanted a new look for our washroom and D&M construction delivered. They did the demolition, took away all the garbage and kept our house clean. We had new pot lights installed, our shower and toilet relocated to get the best use out of the space we have. They also did a beautiful job with the tile work and the tile in the shower. We used to have a single sink vanity but now we have a his/hers double sink vanity which fits the washroom perfectly after we relocated the shower. I would highly recommend D&M Construction for anyone looking to renovate their home. Their quick and polite customer service is wonderful and they have very knowledgeable and professional workers. I will be using them again for future upgrades to my home. Thank you again D&M for your professional workmanship.

I always use D&M Construction for all my construction and renovation needs as they have done a few projects for us in the past. I bought a condo downtown Toronto that needed new floors, upgraded kitchen and a paint job.
D&M Construction came in and gave us a lot of great ideas and designs for the kitchen and started the work within a month. Their work made the place look fantastic. Words can’t describe how happy I am with how beautiful everything has turned out once again.

I will definitely use them again and continue to recommend them to our family and close friends

From start to finish, D&M Construction was easy to work with and did a fantastic job with our basement renovation. Rajen came out to look at our basement and provided us with an estimate, he listened to our concerns, offered great advice and worked with us in terms of the cost for the Reno.

I was referred to D&M Construction by a family member as they had recently completed their basement renos. D&M construction completely remodeled our ground floor and main floor. They removed the popcorn ceiling and made it flat. They also installed potlights, changed the baseboards and painted my home. They did fantastic work with good workmanship resulting in a beautiful finished product. They provided timely responses to our questions as well as interior advice. They were punctual, polite, professional, detail oriented and finished within a timely manner. They gave us accurate cost estimates up front and then worked hard to complete the job.
