AJA Property Maintenance and Landscaping

This review is long time coming as AJA and their team did the work on our yard back in August 2021.
Our yard was sloped towards the house on 3 sides leaking water in during the winter melts or heavy rains. We had a large pine removed a few months prior but the tree roots remained. Jared and his team dug the roots up, took the old grass out, broke apart sloping concrete paths on 2 sides of the property and did a great job with the clean up.
Additionally AJA installed a French drain on the side of the property to divert any possible water intrusion away from the house. New sod looks amazing we were getting compliments throughout fall of how great the yard looks like now. We additionally had new fence posts installed.

The team is professional, courteous, and even though I changed my mind on a few aspects of the project 10 times in what seemed like 1 hour, they were patient with me as well.

If their snow removal is on the same level as their landscaping work, I would not hesitate to recommend this company for all property maintenance work throughout the year. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future projects.

We had a 2 patios installed with stone slab, as well as around the perimeter of the fence. We also had new sod laid for the rest of the fenced in yard. We love the makeover of our yard. Gary, Jared and Rick were very accommodating and easy to work with. They worked very hard and they cleaned up our yard so nicely after completion. We definitely recommend this company. Great job!

I definitely recommend AJA property maintenance! We hired them to clear our snow this winter and they have done a fantastic job! Every snow fall they came that same day and cleared everything!!! Even our railings, mats, and so on! They've even come on days it didn't snow to just do a clean up! I HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you so much guys!

AJA property maintenance did a great job clearing my yard and taking away my Christmas tree on separate occasions. They had very prompt customer service and responded to my requests immediately. They came the next morning to remove the junk from my yard and my tree. They are always prompt and courteous and able to do big jobs on short notice.
