Josh was easy to reach and made himself quickly available to come & help us with our badly leaking roof. Even with the heavy snow & ice on our roof, he effectively assessed the situation and applied a temporary solution in very challenging winter weather circumstances just a couple days before Christmas. Josh was clear, professional and reliable and we were very grateful for all his many efforts.
