Boris and Eugene did a fabulous job. They were prompt, efficient, responsive, and very skilled. Although I was initially skeptical, they did manage to complete their work within their estimated timeframe. They also did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for the great job. I was thinking for a long time to make two smaller rooms out of one on the third floor of my house. Yauhen did an amazing job, built a new wall and door. Also, he repeated the shape and door casing style to match the design on the entire house. I will definitely recommend him , very responsive, hard working, and polite. The price was also fair .

The renovation included replacing the floors, installing new drywall and baseboards, painting, new closet frame and closet doors, new steps for the stairs. I was very happy with the end result and the quality of the work. The guys from Galleon did a great job and finished the work within the timeframe we discussed. Great in communicating progress and discussing options with me. Also they came back for a few finishes touches. I would highly recommend them for the quality of the work and their professionalism.

These two are such conscientious builders who didnt take short cuts and made recommendations that improved our living space more than we imagined...like when they discovered we could gain nearly 2 inches of basement height by removing a double subfloor previously installed (YAS!) Their labour costs were fair and at market value. So skilled, so thorough.

The stairs are a custom design with horizontal bars which they had not done before but they were willing to see my vision through and THEY'RE PERFECT - absolutely in love with these thick oak open riser modern staircase.
The craftsmanship on the finishings are TOP NOTCH. Framing, Drywall work, and painting 10/10. Electrical subcontractor was amazing he really was so approachable and flexible, awesome work on lighting and additional outlets.

I really wish there is a way to only dock them half a star and thats really in the choice of their sub-contracted tile guy. The bathroom design was really a staple in the reno and it is quite lovely now, but we did have to regrout the floor ourselves after the job because the grouting was rushed at the end unfortunately and was not great. I know they have reflected on how to improve this service as an offering in the future and theres no doubt this was likely a one-off occurence.

Would absolutely recommend, you'd be in good hands...and they are super friendly funny guys as well, we really had many great laughs together over the 6 week job. They finished on time and in budget. Added some before and after photos for your reference :)
