Deb was very involved from the beginning and kept us posted every step of the way. The work got done well and on time. We are very happy with the finished product.

We had a very cold basement and wanted to install in-floor heating to make the space comfortable for our family. I did a lot of research about floor heating for a large space and talked to a lot of different companies about how to do it (flooring companies, electricians, plumbers). When I met with FCI they brought in their installer as well as an electrician so that they could properly plan and assess the job. They carefully explained each step of the process and worked diligently to make sure everything was done right. This was especially important to ensure that the floor heating met the manufacturer warranty criteria. They also helped to fins and install a luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks great in the space and is safe for the floor heating. Just like any job, there were a few small bumps along the road but overall we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Would highly recommend FCI for anyone looking to do floor heating for a large space (very few companies in Calgary can do this!).

Deb has helped bring my condo from mediocre to beautiful! Even though it was two small square footage projects, floor tile and backsplash, I was treated like it was as important as a large project. I know almost nothing about tile and felt taken care of through the whole process. Deb managed to figure out what the original tile was in another part of the condo and found the manufacture just by looking at it! She found tile that was not only functional but also would compliment the home now and in the future. I would highly recommend giving her a call for your next project. She can bring plenty of samples right to your home and find what works for you.

The installer was polite, tidy and on time! The work he did is beautiful and flows smoothly in the home.
