Arthur did a through job, he was very conscience, he did not rush the job. With his help we were able to determine that the home we were purchasing had some issues. With the report that he supplied we were able to get the seller to rectify them. After the inspection was done Arthur was always handy to reach and eager to answer all our questions.

Our tenant informed us that her apartment was extremely cold last week and we contacted Arthur to sort it out. He spent 30-45 mins performing an in depth thermal scan to see where our house was bleeding, and wow!!
