We hired Hillcrest to refinish our hardwood floor to a different stain. They also did some patchwork and painted some ceilings. Kyle and Sara visited on site to see our needs and provided an estimate. The job was able to get started in a timely fashion and finished ahead of schedule. They were very responsive and the crew showed up on time and worked the days they said they would. Kyle and Sara regularly checked on the progress of the crew to make sure everything was progressing well. Will be getting them to work on other projects around the house in the future. Overall great job and would recommend them to others.

Hillcrest was great to work with and their crew did a wonderful job of renovating our small ensuite bathroom. They replaced the shower stall with a fully tiled space, replaced the toilet and the vanity.
Kyle and Sara were always very responsive to calls and emails, and were very receptive to questions and accommodating with changes! Their crew was also great and did a professional job.
We were very happy with the results and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Hillcrest came to our rescue when our insurance company's Project Manager from a third party was delayed with numerous excuses in getting our fence done.

With a simple phone call, Kyle and Sara came over and worked with myself and 2 other neighbours, in getting a quotation for the work needed. They helped us and spoke to the insurance adjustor to clarify any questions or concerns. They were very easy to work with and talk to. Kept us in the loop and engaged in conversation. Once the work got started, it was done in a week's time.

I highly recommend people to look to Hillcrest and have them potentially work with you on your next home project. And by the way, Kyle was nice enough to look at some of the future projects and get some pictures and initial notes on working on them in the future.

We waited more than six month for our fence to be fixed by our insurance provider and their preferred contractor....and we were lucky enough to have Hillcrest come to our rescue.

We had our fence knocked down last November during a strong windstorm. It also damaged our neighbour's fences that we share as well. We had dealt with our insurance companies which happened to be the same. We were given the runaround with their "preferred contractor OnSide" which went on until this summer. With wood costs increasing, they didn't provide an updated cost to our insurance. So we brought in Hillcrest and another contractor to provide a new updated estimate. Kyle and Sara came out and walked through all of our needs. They provided an updated estimate and we sent it through insurance for approval. The second contractor wouldn't even come out and only did a phone call and wanted us to use their online estimator. We obviously liked the in person quote and service with Hillcrest.
Once all of us had our approvals, Kyle and his team quickly arranged the work. They also acknowledged and addressed some upgrades on posts and sonotubes we wanted. They completed the project in a week and a half for all 3 of our yards. The fence looks so nice and the quality of workmanship is great. Kyle and Sara were so attentive to our asks and were very happy we have a full privacy fence that is solid and meets our needs. Highly recommend their service!

We hired Hillcrest Construction Inc to complete our home renovation, we had numerous rooms in our home that we wanted to gut and renovate. We actually heard of this company, from our neighbor's. They had some friends of theirs complete a home renovation with Hillcrest Construction Inc. Kyle and his team came in and completed all of this work. Kyle has a great personality, and is eager to get the job done and completed efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend reaching out to this company, when you are looking to complete your next project, as they will not disappoint.

I am a Design / Construction Executive and I have known Kyle and the Hillcrest team for many years, we have worked on many projects together in varying sizes. Ranging in sizes from a very small $5000.00 up to 1/2-million-dollar projects. These projects did not happen one at a time; over the past few years we had five or six projects being worked on all at once. Kyle has the teams & contacts across the GTA to be able to work on several projects at one time; but at the same time, he keeps that personal contact for each one of them. He kept myself as the senior project manager and the local on-site contacts informed on schedules and he kept those schedules.

The types of projects that Kyle and I have been involved in were washroom / change room renovations, full office renovations right up to full fitness gym facility projects in which we installed full elevator systems, mechanical HVAC systems and security systems. We also worked together on a couple of residential projects being small dining room kitchen renovation and we also worked on a couple of childcare for facility renovations. All these projects were finished on very tight budgets and schedules. I’m happy to report that they were all met.

I am extremely happy to say that I would use Kyle and his team on any project that I would undertake and would recommend them to anybody who is considering working on a project large or small. Nothing is impossible for him as he is a creative thinker when it comes to how to do it, how long it will take to do it and how much it will take to do it. His thinking will bring a project to a very successful end.

They did a great job in my new porch.
They ran into some issues when removing the old one, but being the professionals they are they were able to fix the issues quickly and making it more structured sound.
We have had many compliments from our neighbours on how it looks and how professional the guys were.

We Hired Hillcrest based on a referral, we are so happy. We had our entire main floor and the basement, Demoed, reconfigured and a large Deck in the backyard with alittle work on the second floor. Hillcrest came to us with an entire job plan and 3d design, they had so many great ideas for us that worked with in our budget that we didn't even think about. They were also very knowledgeable and ran an entire whole home audio system and automation system. I'm glad I mentioned this in our consultation because we were hiring a different company for this part of the job which were specialist in home automation and were twice the price as Hillcrest. all in all the attention to detail was great, they were respectful of our home and times they worked as we did have to live through this.
