Paid Kyle for December snow removal services, showed up one time. After multiple large snow falls he didnt show. Said he sent his guy but that wasnt true, I have a ring doorbell and I was the one shoveling time and time again. Requested a refund and he has not yet returned it... when I requested this from him all I got in return was a snarky response. He was quite rude! DO NOT HIRE.

Paid for snow plowing for winter 2022-2023. He showed up 1 time. I complained to him multiple times, he either ignored me, or told me he would come and then would not show up.
When requesting a refund he told me that if I'm not happy with his services, to stop paying the monthly bill, but he would not refund me.
I don't know what services he was referring to, because he provided NO services to be unhappy about.

Kyle and his crew did one job for me, it went as planned. I then paid a $1000 deposit on May 13th for second part of the job. He said he was coming three times, excuse after excuse. He finally admitted he used my deposit on a bigger job and would return deposit when that job paid. He has since ghosted me, its been two months. I have screenshots of the convos. Very disappointed.
