Completed estimate- to-install in 12 days, at Christmas, during peak Covid. Other HomeStars high- ranked appliance service companies didn't even bother to call back. Elite was able to obtain replacement part and deliver it quickly. Conan (service tech) was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up when finished.
