Fast and clean work! Adriano at Avalyn had great communication leading up to the job day. On the day of work he was professional and worked hard to meet his agreed contract. Perfect first step to our landscaping project.l, would recommend Avalyn for future project.

Avalyn Property Services is amazing at what they do. From maintaining my trees and shrubs, to cutting grass, adding mulch, and keeping my property looking its best, I have to say they are the best I have ever used. I have used many property maintenance companies over the years, as I live on a 2-acre lot, and I have to say they are the absolute best. I was recommended by a friend, and I am glad I provided them with the opportunity. Looking forward to working with you guys again this year!

We called on Avalyn Property Services to help us manage our exterior landscaping as we travelled during the summer and we wanted to ensure our lawn and flower beds were maintained as if we were home doing it ourselves. They provided excellent service and were always at our property the same day every week and treated our property as if it were their own. Highly recommend Avalyn Property Services

Installed Mulch

We had Adrian from Avalyn complete a mulch job for us. The work was completed in one day and it looked great. When they were finished the job they cleaned up all the mulch from the grass and washed down the driveway were it was delivered. This was the second time they completed it for us and we will be using them again.
