Wanted to add a fully separate basement apartment thereby making use of empty space. Never moved forward because of the costs since I wanted very specific things to be included and was afraid to move forward. Severale companies came to give me a quote including Assured Basements. Gave it a lot of thought and came to the conclusion that Assured could probaby handle the job but still had some reservations. When Ryan, Hollis and Riya came to assess the basement I had a good feeling they could take this on. They were very friendly and approachable, always positive, patient and always available. All the tradespeople were also very friendly. I was stunned at how hard and fast they worked. Ryan told me the project would be done before Christmas and it was!
