We had our entire house renovated by SC Flooring. We redid the stairs (new stair railings, refinished all steps), all washrooms (new vanity, added exhaust fans, plumbing, converted bathtub to standup shower, updated fixtures, toilets, faucets), kitchen (new electrical wiring, added gas line, added pot filler, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, fixtures, closed old kitchen entrance and cut a new larger opening), floors (filled in subfloor to increase sound isolation, new large panel wood flooring upstairs and laminate in basement), created new washer/dryer area in basement (cut out new exhaust holes in the wall, added plumbing), added a room in the basement (closed off open area with new framing and added a new door), added new wall frames to basement to create complete separation from upstairs).
There were so much to do and it was supposed to be very stressful; however, we put our trust in SC Flooring and team as we had them renovated our previous house as well. The team eliminated so much of the stress for us. We changed our minds on a few things multiple times and the team was able to accommodate our changes in a short notice. We even went on vacation during the renovation and didnt need to worry about the renovation at home.

We were extremely satisfied with the end results and we love our newly renovated house. We will definitely choose SC flooring again in the future for any renovations.

I had Rey and his crew work on my house in Stratford. They did a poor job with the floor tiling, after renovations were complete, there was movement between the tiles and the floor underneath. I did mention this to Rey but the issue was never fixed. Over time the tiles became loose and the flooring will probably need to be replaced. The quartz countertop wasn't even installed properly, it was slapped on top with no backplate. The paint job was very sloppy, the interior doors were installed upside down initially. The drywall that was installed in the kitchen, wasn't finished smooth and had hairline cracks forming after a week. After listing the house for sale I received numerous complaints with the workmanship of the renovations completed. The stairs and railing were finished well, also the laminate flooring was finished properly. Everything else (tiling, paint, kitchen countertop) that was completed by the crew was subpar.

My overall experience with SC Flooring Services was great. Rey went the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction with the work being done. I would definetly hire SC Flooring again and recomend Rey and his company to others.
