as best I can tell this company goes by many other names on a popular classified ad site - they claim businesses in the communities of Kitchener Waterloo, London, and generally south-west Ontario. Got a quote, not the cheapest but seems reasonable for what other quotes I got. asked for and contacted a reference for the work, discussed a similar kitchen cabinet spray job with them, they were very happy with the work. I hired the co. and paid a deposit of about 50%. another paint company showed up. started to brush paint the cabinets and did so in a completely different colour that was agreed upon. discussed the reference with the painter and turns out they haven't worked for this group for over a year. we had to choose a different colour on the spot. key Contact Brett R-F. saw text between he and the painter that said "remember we work together, my name is ####" clearly just a flow through for profit. it was a horrible experience, I believe the reference was likely a fraud (i have tried to connect with them again, no reply). Over all I paid for a professional cabinet spray refinish of a specific Benjamin Moore colour (all agreed to) and got a brush paint job with a Dulux colour that I did not originally pick. while I was told B. R-F was taking the blame, he has kept my money - I paid the full invoice amount- and heard nothing since. No matter the promises or references you will not know what you are going to get from this group. Avoid at all costs.
