After discovering all of the remote work related problems, one problem was solved and made easy by onyx team. I have one less thing to worry about by contracting them to provide level 1 support for all of our employees working from home.

It's a new experience for my company but a pleasant one. My technical point of contact is easy to talk to and has now started understanding the business need really well.

We're still in the process of hiring Onyx team and I am writing this because the sales people don't act like sales people. They are very technical and listen carefully to what the business needs are.
