I used S&C Foundation Solutions for the installation of an egress window. They did the job on time and on budget. They kept us informed and provided excellent customer service. Using them again to repair a leak in the basement. They quickly identified the issue and are fixing it promptly. I expect to be posting another great review

Very professional, quick and cost effective. They came to repair the foundation of my house and I cannot believe how fast they were. Andrew is the person to go to, if you ever have problems with the foundation.

I have a number of properties in Niagara and have used S&C foundation solutions on most of them. The staff have been so good explaining their procedure, how long it will take and getting the job done in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and mostly not faced with additional costs. Andrew and his crew work hard, great to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and always prompt to get started. This being an indoor pool running large equipment in a confined area, not once was there any sign of concern or any damage. In fact they managed to achieve everything needed done for the pool installer to finish saving us money.

the foundation of our house was severely bowed, so much so that the house had moved off of its fittings.....S&C started the job in September, 2020, and had it completed 10 days later. They took time to explain everything to us every step of the way. The crew was courteous and efficient. Of all the renovations done on our house, and we have had plenty, I honestly think this was one of the least stressful.
