We needed a new HVAC system and we chose to use Reliance... let me begin to tell you how UNRELIABLE the company is.
The Installation was botched... only part of the system is functional at any given moment. Power needs to be physically (wires) diverted to other units in order for them to work. The AirHandler/Furnace leaks. The AC unit didnt have power.... There are valves on pipes that need to be switched on or off depending on what system needs to be operational that never existed with my last system, NORE was it explained that these valves exist.
There has been constant issues with the system since installation. Cold air in the winter (several times), the ac unit not functioning, as mentioned water leaks, water pressure problems, no cold water (only scalding hot), no hot water. The company has been here lets take a guess every other week since installation. NOTHING HAS BEEN REPAIRED. The band-aid fixes they employ leave plenty of room for other negative things to occur.
So call the service centre? Well yeah, except they can only schedule you an appointment with a technician, who will (a). not show up and attempt to reschedule your appointment without notice, or (b). not have the parts.... the last you'll hear from them is that they're ordering parts... it wont happen.... so call back, schedule a tech... yadda yadda yadda.
There is no resolve here....
Get sent to Customer service.... they'll keep you on hold so long looking for a manager, they'll run the clock till 5pm when the management team goes home and hang up on you. PS you cant talk to the same assistant... you'll be deferred to someone else who wont know what's going on and the process will have to start again...
They company doesn't follow up on presented problems, they'll ignore them and you.
