Pruned oak tree and removed dead wood from cedar tree

Very old oak tree branches on our roof and neighbours both sides. Contractor trimmed back all the overhanging branches, removed dead branches in oak and cedar.
5 star because -
a) they were here when they said they would be
b) did exactly what we wanted done
c) cleaned up all the debris
d) asked us to check we were satisfied when they were finished, before we paid.
e) were pleasant and polite
Have absolutely no hesitation about recommending them and will definitely hire them again.
