Duct cleaning was average but the kids who the company had hired to do the job had no idea and expertise of duct or furniture cleaning. Even removing and putting back the return vent covers was something new to these kids. In fact one of the guys damaged the wall taking out the vent covers and there is no excuse on this as painting of our home got finished day before yesterday
Guess u cant expect newly landed students from India or Pakistan to know much about upholstery cleaning or duct cleaning!!

An expert duct cleaner was with them all the time. You have been showed before and after pictures and you were satisfied at that time.
