The service and workmanship was professional and efficient. Leo kept me apprised at each step to get my input and ensure I was satisfied. A few changes were necessary due to what was uncovered and Osumi didnt nickle and dime me - all costs were fair and transparent. I recommend Osumi and Im now using them for other work.

Leo and Jorgo are hard working and were receptive to concerns throughout the project. They painted a 2,000 sq. ft. bungalow with 3 bdrms, 1 hallway, foyer, living rm and mantel shelves, 2 bathrooms and cabinets with some repairs, 5 closets with rebuilt shelving and 3 closet hangers, 3 new doors with casings and hardware and painted, 5 pairs of bi-fold doors with casings and knobs and painted. They repaired and painted 2 areas that were in need of drywall remediation. They removed carpets and installed new flooring and 1/4 round throughout, including 1/2 bathroom. They met all our requirements and followed up on every concern. They are honest and reliable and I will recommend them.

Full bathroom Reno. Demo all existing in the bathroom. Everything was replaced and additional work was done to ensure all was supported and improved inside the walls and floor. Quality of work was awesome. Cosmeticly very nice and detail oriented. Clean, neat and very respectful to us during the process.

The response was immediate, work started as planned, the contractors were on time and working as committed, the work was of high quality, and the project was delivered on budget. Hired Osumi Construction to paint an entire house prior to listing it for sale. The property had been tenanted for years and certainly needed some work. They took great care to prep the area so as not to damage the floors. They were professional, efficient and did an outstanding job from start to finish. An absolute pleasure to do business with!
