Hire MDPA. It's a great decision. This summer (2022), Mike and Paul redid our front and back yard. The quote was eminently reasonable, the work was done to an incredibly high standard and the communication was clear throughout. Mike offered great suggestions that testify to his expertise and experience; he helped us make informed decisions based on our family's use of these spaces. The work looks so good, we had neighbours coming by to complement us and ask questions for weeks after it was finished. We are already planning our next project with MDPA.

We Hired Mike and Paul to build a new Garage/Office structure to replace the original aging garage. As part of the build, we dedicated a portion of the structure to a much needed separate home office.

They were fantastic to work with and helped work through all of our requirements while providing their expert suggestions and discussing options that ultimately greatly enhanced the final result.

We're thrilled with the garage, office, and related landscaping and will enjoy the bonus space (and sanity) the new garage/office provides!

mike's expertise became apparent from our first conversation. His professionalism and knowledge and straightforward manner put me at ease. He was able to quickly address and resolve the safety issues arising from broken stairs, and quickly rebuild and replace them. very pleased. I would definitely recommend him.
