Truck was not big enough to move everything so had to put remaining items into my truck. Did not rebuild all the furniture as promised and lost screws/brackets for 2 metal shelving units, ripped a mattress and scratched up a bed. Now ignoring my emails and messages asking them to rectify the problems.
UPDATE
Missing items still not found and love how they try to say we should have them even though they took everything apart and placed into one room in the new house and nothing has moved from there.
Grateful for your staff to install a few light bulbs. We also did several favours such as offer our truck to store the furnture you could not fit into your truck even though you came and saw what needed moving and arranged the truck accordingly. Which meant we had to borrow another vehicle to move our delicate belongings.
We also fed your staff twice during the day.
All we want is you to finish the job we paid you to do as it has been 7 weeks since the move. Crazy as you have not responded to the last several messages/emails but responded to this review quickly.

We're sorry your experience didn’t match the expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We have highly professional, hardworking and committed movers and they try to do the move as smoothly and carefully as they can. We really appreciate that you were so generous to feed them during the entire day. We would be happy to compensate for the amount spent in feeding them.
They even helped you fix bulbs at your new place which is not something we do or was included. But we do understand things do not always work as we plan. We do accept the delay from our end in providing the update, however we tried sending the movers to fix this but this was not of much help due to missing parts. We will try to send the same crew this time to assemble the shelves for you. Also, we have cross checked our truck and everywhere we can look for missing brackets/screws but can not find them anywhere. We can assure you this should be in your belongings .We will be sending you the same crew by next week to fix this up for you by the time, I would request you to check your home belongings for the missing items. If you are still not able to find them, please help us with model number/name or if you have any online link for ordering brackets/screws. We would be happy to order them for you and our crew member will come to your location to assemble the same.
