Frustrating customer service and bad quality of work
I would not recommend this company to anyone. From start to finish, our experience was incredibly disappointing. The workers sent to handle our kitchen and closet renovations were clearly not professionals and had little to no experience. This resulted in subpar work that we had to address multiple times.
Communication with the company was a nightmare. Any time we had questions or concerns, it would take them 4-5 days to respond, if they responded at all. This lack of responsiveness delayed the entire project and left us feeling ignored.
To make matters worse, their behavior was unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing our concerns with courtesy, they were dismissive and defensive. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them rather than valued customers.
