We recently had a new composite deck installed by Sam and his team and we couldn't be happier with the results. The deck has transformed our outdoor space into a beautiful and functional area for relaxation and entertainment. We were impressed with Sam's professionalism and communication skills to deal with the city inspector and Home Depot. Sam coordinated seamlessly with the city inspector to ensure the deck was built according to the permit and he handled all the material orders efficiently, ensuring everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition from Home Depot. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with the team displaying excellent workmanship and professionalism. We are extremely pleased with our new deck. Kazcon did a great job from start to finish. They were responsive over text and email, were fast, and extremely happy with the end result.

I used Kazcon for a fence repair. A portion of my fence was blown over due to the windstorm. I was quoted $1000 to replace two posts, and to reattach an already existing portion of the fence that blew over. They were also going to secure another area of the fence that had come loose, just with some screws. I pre-paid $500 when they arrived because they asked for half the payment up front. I only ended up needing one of the two posts and was still billed the same amount of $1000 (not sure why). But I didn't make an issue as that was the agreed upon price. They dug up the existing cement, left it on the lawn and then left without saying anything. No communication on when they were coming back or what the plan was moving forward. I left a message and was told they were coming back the next day to finish. The next day no one showed up. It took several days and multiple phone calls to get the job finished. The job was poorly done, there are still gaps in the fence. The post I did pay for had cracks in it. And they left a mound of cement on the lawn because they apparently could not take it. They did offer to return to dispose of it after I called, but it was an additional cost on top of the $1000 I paid. But again I was left waiting for a call back to advise when they could come and how much extra it would be. So I just removed it myself. And they never secured the other area of the fence. Again several messages about when they were coming back... and nothing. I just ended up having to buy some materials and doing that myself as well. I agreed to $1000 expecting professionalism, quality work and honesty. They lacked all three. I'm very reasonable and understand the demands of construction companies. But they took a deposit right off the bat, were dismissive of when they would return to finish, did a poor job, left a huge mess and never returned to finish. For $1000 to reattach an existing fence... I expected more. Even an honest we're busy or we just can't finish right now would have been appreciated. Maybe a bad/busy month for them? I don't know....but I would not recommend to anyone.

Sam and his team were amazing. He had visited us twice (within months apart) to ensure we were given the quote and did the measurements. He answered my call right away and came to visit us without hesitation, unlike many I came across who either never responded to us after one call and message, or asked us to measure and send them the numbers.

This is when I immediately knew Sam is the right guy to help us with our needs and not to forget, great quote !

Great workmanship. Contacted Sam after he completed a deck for my nephew last year, and he delivered beyond what I honestly asked for. His work and level of attention to even the smallest cuts that any normal person wouldnt see is amazing.
Would recommend him and his crew without a doubt in my mind.
Ps: I especially liked his payment structure where there is no upfront fees, you pay when you see material on site and work being done. For any other homeowners that have dealt with bad contractors before, Sam is the man to trust.

We started with the idea of redo an existing deck that was very low to the ground. Sam convinced us that a patio would better suit our house and our back yard. Very, Very glad we made the switch. The patio turned out great, looks amazing and I'll never have to repair a deck again in my life. Sam was great to work with as was his team.

Sam and team and very professional and are always on time. We discussed and agreed on a custom pergola and some fence repair. They delivered above and beyond on the agreed upon design. In addition to this, Sam is very responsive on communication, a quality I have not seen in many contracts. I look forward to working with Sam and team soon on other project.

They did our fence in 2022. He used a nail gun and blew the nails through many of the boards causing them to split. The nails also went right through the support 2x4s and the points were exposed on the other side. Two of the locations he missed the 2x4 behind altogether. Sam promised to come back several times but has never shown up. He was busy so i said i would do the repairs myself if he dropped off the replacement boards but again did not show up.
