Do not hire this company...EVER
Don to hire Jeff for anything he is not the professional he boasts he is. He does not stand by his work and has no problem throwing thinly veiled insults in your face if you ever dare question him on anything. We hired him to upgrade our attic insulation and properly vent the bathroom fan. Afterwards he had connected the fan but the motor hummed, did not turn or vent. While he was there he helped free the fan so it turn albeit noisily at first. Eventually I got it turning only to find out it was not venting. Upon reporting this to him he refused to return to rectify the problem and accused me of trying to get him to replace a fan that did not work in the first place and that an electrician could rectify the problem by replacing the fan without entering the attic but that was not his problem. There were other red flags I should have paid more attention to like claiming things he will do but never did and not using a drop sheet.
He never admitted that the blockage was in the work done to attach the ducting to the fan in the attic. I ended up hiring a third party to rectify the problem which turned out to be sealing foam blacking the damper on the fan from opening.
He claimed he had done this work 1000"s of times and mine was the only problem he has ever had. If that was the case he should have realized where the problem lay. Don't believe a word coming from his mouth.
It cost me less than the money I withheld to rectify the problem.
In the process of finding a company to diagnose and fix the problem I talked to two of his competitors who have crossed paths with the man and neither had positive things to say about him and one was aware of Jeff's lack of quality in his work or his willingness to stand behind his work. Both acknowledged that his suppliers do not like the man either.
I reiterate...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

These things can happen on a extremely rare occasion. As a matter of fact , yes 1 in 1000 . Unfortunately it happened to you. Your actions were definitely uncalled for, and as a result you had to hire another party . To let you know, As a result of this experience, we have discontinued the use of spay foam with this application, we have adapted a new and better method to insure this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately with your demanding ways and lack of understanding, we were not quick enough to respond to you and you found a third party to fix the issue . We do however apologize for your experience and had every intention of rectifying the issue, had you been kinder , we felt that the situation needed to cool down a little, we were uncomfortable with your approach . We understand the added stresses life has brought us these days and we don't feel we deserved your bitterness . We are happy to have rebated the cost of the fan service plus a little extra , and we are glad you were able to rectify the issue using a third party so quickly and efficiently at an affordable rate. Again we do apologize. As for the rest of your claims , I'm not sure it's your place to judge and I will also encourage you to call me and ask me what I think about my competition lol.
