We valued Julian's prescriptive approach to solving a series of issues that needed a resolution. These included:
- Ventilation
- Insulation
- Fascia
After asking a series of questions Julian inspected the roof and offered thoughtful solutions that his competitors were not able to provide. We are confident in the workmanship, appreciate the professionalism and found the pricing to be fair. As a result, both we are hiring St. Louis Roofing to do subsequent work this month. Two of our neighbours will be doing the same!
