We needed more insulation in our basement which meant a complete tear down of internal walls and ceilings. We chose Rieds because we felt Ed would be able to cope with any issues and problems as they occurred, which he did admirably. He always turned up when he said he would and managed the subcontractors as they were needed. He has good subcontractors and seemed to be able to schedule them easily and everything was done to code. There were a few electrical issues uncovered that had to be addressed, there was no cutting corners. It was a very fluid project that went on too long, definitely juggling multiple jobs towards the end but Ed was really easy to work with and the site was left clean and tidy every evening. Some of the finishing touches aren't quite perfect but overall we are very pleased with the results and would hire Ed again.
