Had a great experience dealing with Jay & Mehdi. They were very professional throughout the process. Suggesting the vinyl + padding + sliding doors. Gave an affordable estimate for my condo flooring and closet slide doors. Finished the work in in time. They went above and beyond to make sure i had the best possible budget and result. I would highly recommend them.

Been living in this house for about 16 years now and it was time to give it a new look. Had old white tiles running from the front all the way to the back of the home and in each of the side rooms (tv room, dining room, living room) had the first ever laminate "wood" flooding created. We wanted to run wood/vinyl floors throughout the house on the whole main floor and the upstairs hallway where we had 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. We also wanted to change the carpeted stairs and out dated railings. Had multiple contractors come in. Some gave good prices, some gave crazy prices, but what stood out was Mahdi's eye for detail and picking up on things no other contractor was able to pick up on. Company was super professional and respectable. Always had our best interest at heart and we actually built quite the friendship. I could honestly say I'd hire these guys every single time. The house looks completely different in a good way and everyone who sees it is now asking for these guys number to come do their homes. Absolutely class company. Wouldn't change a thing. Really appreciate what they did for me and my family.

My bathroom was recently renovated/transformed by Luxurious Hone Renovation.

The old bathtub was removed and replaced with a beautiful shower stall.

Thanks to Mohamad & crew the project was completed on time and within budget.

Truly the best of the best contractors !!!! Superior quality work!!! Madhi and James came to our rescue and they delivered an outstanding results.
This was an emergency as we were faced with 500 sq.feet of a mouldy floor in our basement (health hazard) and foul odours . They had to remove the existing floor and baseboards which was very challenging to begin with.
In a matter of time, the mouldy laminates were
replaced with top quality underpad and a gorgeous laminate. We have been doing renovations to out.
1943 bungalow non stop since 1994. We had our share of problems with less than honest contractors. I must honestly say that LHR were the best of the best!
When I look at the finishes product, it seems like a dream, gorgeous work, it is perfect!!! Despite the challenges of this project, LHR tackled it and like magic the results simply stated: PERFECTION!!! Also LHR are the cleanest contractors I have hired. They left the site like they had a magic wand, absolutely no debris left behind! I am thrilled to have discovered them and will definitely hired them again for all future projects!

These guys were initially very flexible and understood what it meant to renovate a lived-in family dwelling; they understood that this was very personal for us and initially worked with us.

To ensure all issues are fully resolved, I recommend capture all your work requirements (everything) in the contract, even down to specifics on repairing surface of walls.

I highly recommend LHR. They helped me with a main floor and kitchen renovation. They did an excellent job- they are very meticulous with their work. They also worked late nights and weekends to help me meet a deadline. They were amazing!

I will definitely be using them for future projects.

I dont normally write reviews but these guys did such a great job with the renovations of our very tired basement that I wanted to give them a shout out! Right from the start, we had a good experience dealing with this company. Luxurious Home Renovation came by to give us a quote and it was very reasonable compared to the few other companies that walked through. There was no upselling or overcomplicating of tasks in order to up charge - Jawad (one of the owners) was very honest about what could be done to achieve the outcome we wanted and he even provided some suggestions during the consultation process that we hadnt thought of. Jawad and his team were very quick to turn around drawings and measurements in order to get the project started.

We were promised three weeks from start to finish and the job was completed on time so that we could rent out the unit by the following month (they even worked weekends to get it all finished). During the renovations, I was worried there would be additional costs added to the project just because our house was over 100 years old, but Jawad and his team committed to sticking to the quote. When a problem was found, his team was willing to work with us to cover the additional costs and even added in extras in order to improve the aesthetics of the finished project. But what we appreciated most was their willingness to work with us at every stage to problem solve. If there was a ask from us that couldnt be done, Jawad always found an alternative solution to keep us happy. The customer service was top notch! We liked their work so much that we invited them back to help us build a beautiful storage under our staircase.

Overall, the whole team at Luxurious Home Renovation was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no problems recommending them to my friends and family and will hire them again for future projects. I am sharing this information because I know how hard it is to find honest, competent, and smart contractors (weve all heard the nightmare stories). Through the whole process Mahdi was extremely professional and responsive and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail in his work which is something hard to find from other contractors. Based on his experience he was able to provide advice and recommendations at the beginning that improved the end result, and I even had some special requests for my flooring that he worked very hard to accommodate and finish exactly as I wanted and make everything turn out beautifully.
