T&M Construction team replaced a retaining wall, and built a cedar fence.
We could not be more thrilled! We had a retaining wall (part concrete, part wood) that was failing, that was pushing on our fence, which was an eye sore. The job, while relatively small, was complex due to the fact that our current retaining wall wad 3 feet onto our property, and a large tree had established itself just on the other side of the former retaining wall. Tomacz was by far the most helpful (in our discussions) out of those who provided us with quotes. He was not trying to push the most expensive products (eg. stone) considering that the retaining wall would largely not be visible. He offered up various solutions in order to maximize space and curb appeal. Tomacz and Matt were kind, courteous, and cleaned up well after their job. They completed the job in two days. Their attention to detail was amazing. It was certainly not an easy job (tying in our fence with our neighbours fence), avoiding any gaps with two garages. We could not be more pleased. Our back neighbour is also thrilled by the fence.
