I requested a quote late in the season last fall 2020 (October) for a one-time cut and Grass cutting service Service in 2021 for a countryside property. Quote was efficiently received and the one-time cut before the end of season never done and was promised in early Spring. I had no issue with this and sincerely appreciated his promptness on the quote. In 2021, I reached out several times, once in the spring and recently over a 1 week period, by phone, left voicemail and by several texts text which owner finally responded and told me he would call next day...never called. I followed up with a text the following day asking if he was going to call me and he never responded. I followed up with a text a few days later after a long weekend expressing my displeasure. I received a phone call immediately stating it was a long weekend, we were busy, you could have contact me earlier, you could have sent an email... SERIOUSLY?? Finally I asked him "Look...Are you or are you not going to cut my property?" Response "I'm no longer interested." Good Business don't leave customers hanging or give them the runaround, especially customers who give them benefit of the doubt and trust.
