Late, inaccurate quote and broke a bed
I booked my move over a month in advance and two days before they called me and asked if I could move the date, which I didnt accept as our timeline for the move was tight. They day begins with a call letting me know they were going to be late (1hr). Three movers came, they were hard working and for the most part they took good care of our belongings. However, I had asked them to disassemble an IKEA bed I was going to leave at the old house. The bed was broken a screw was not properly removed and they broke it, the bed can no longer be used. I have to buy a new bed and dispose of this one which is a pain. I reached out to the company via email no word from them. I guess you get what you pay for and while the price seemed competitive, they 12 hours to move a 4bed house while the quote was for 6hr a bit of underestimation from their part.
