We had a great experience dealing with this company especially the gentleman in head office, he sounds like a pretty amazing guy, he helped us a lot to find our lost application with Greener program as Greener helpline couldn't helped me at all but this gentleman helped us and he even rushed our inspection. Strongly recommend them as they have a best possible service charges with amazing and knowledgeable staffs and auditors.

Stay away from this company. They will take your money and run.

My home energy audit was completed over a month ago by Alireza for the greener homes grant. He said I would have access to my report so I could see what upgrades I qualified for as soon as the payment was processed. I sent the payment the same day and it took them close to a week to accept it (which was strange). After that, I received an email from him telling me to complete my profile on the government website for the grant and he would upload the report there. I did that the same day I received the email.

It has since been over a month since I last heard from him despite multiple attempts to contact him over the last month via phone, email, and text. He has not provided any further information about my energy audit or next steps.

It also seems like he charged me $600 (pre tax) for my pre-retrofit audit and the other review here was charged $452 by this company.

Save your money and find a different company who will actually fulfill their promises.

I knew this company from the government program Greener home grant program. Al followed up my case. He was very knowledgeable and professional, clearly explained how all windows will meet the government's criteria and how to upgrade the features at home to save more energy. My husband and I were very happy with his service.
