They came and finished the job on time. The caulking looks great. They could have done better clean up job, after they finish.

Fixed foundation issues; Replacement of flooring sheathing and joists, roof shingles, felt; new custom bent aluminum soffits, drip edge, fascia, corner and exposed wood wraps; partial wall sheathing replacement - interior and exterior; new vinyl siding on 2 walls.

Excellent Workmanship. Very professional with Positive Attitude. I had 2 windows replaced, one of them enlarged. job was complete, cleaned and old windows discarded in the same day.

I had reached out to a handful of contractors to support me with my project, unfortunately all of them were either overpriced or unreliable.
My co-worker then referred me to Monev & Co, they were very professional over the phone and came out the following day to take measurements, and go over what I was looking for.
The shed was to be located on a steep slope and required rear caissons to be installed 4’ above grade to level the floor. We had also requested a mono-pitch roof design with oversized overhangs. Mr. Monev understood what we were looking for and provided competitive pricing to complete the work.
He brought his crew who completed all the concrete finishing, framing, roofing, aluminum flashing and caulking and finished the project on schedule.
