S.O.S Heating and Air Conditioning

I have one of those new dryers that tells you when there is a problem. It suddenly told me there was a "flow issue". I was unable to clean out the existing dryer vent pipes so I contacted Paul. Paul was able to come within a week, removed all the old ductwork (it had too long a run and too many corners), replaced with new (shorter) pipes and made a new exit out of the house. He explained very clearly what needed to be done and why. I'm very pleased with his work and would definitely call him again for any future hvac needs. Thanks very much Paul.

Paul and his crew came a day before to look at the site and advise us of what to expect. They arrived the next morning and went to work. The guys were all good to deal with and were always respectful. Our house has lots of kids and pets and they were great with all. When they were done they explained the new system and left the place clean. We had a couple of questions after and Paul came back the next day to explain and make a minor adjustment. Very easy to deal with and would definitely recommend Paul to a friend.

My AC was not running properly, with the problem unknown. Off and on again, wasn’t sure what the issue was. Paul was able to solve and fix the problem, within a good time and friendly service. He also checked in after to make sure there was no issues. Thank you!

I wanted a gas pool heater hooked up. However, when Paul came to check on doing that, he determined that I was already at my BTU capacity with the appliances I already had. Therefore, a new gas line had to be installed, which Paul did, so it could then accommodate the pool heater.

Paul was very friendly and helpful before and during the installation of our AC unit. I would definitely use Paul again, and recommend him to anyone who would need his services.
