We were very happy with HeatPumps.ca, from our first meeting with Darren to the installation of the heat pump. We had talked to several other companies, and Darren was the first representative who explained every aspect of the heat pump clearly and honestly and without being pushy. The quote he provided was for the total cost, including the necessary additions to our electrical system.
The electrical upgrade was arranged by HeatPumps.ca and provided by two electricians from Shannon Electric who did an excellent job. The installation of the heat pump itself, along with the auxiliary gas heater was accomplished quickly and neatly, from delivery to completion. Everyone involved was pleasant and professional and our heat pump works beautifully.

HeatPumps/BoilerShoppe installed a new tankless hot water system after our old system failed. The installation was on time and trouble free. Neatly done with no after installation problems.

My experience with the team at the Boiler Shoppe was great! They removed a very old boiler (from 1908) and replaced it with a new Viessmann combi boiler, and we love it. Their work was great, they were kind and friendly and I was amazed how fast they completed everything. I would definitely recommend the Boiler Shoppe.

Pat quoted, and Drew and Caesar came in to do the installation in early Feb. The entire operation was great, start to finish. Quotes were fast, and reasonable. Had a reliable Panasonic brand for the install. In the end we moved to a heatpump solution with 10kW backup heater for the worst days, and decided to get the old NG hot water tank replaced same time. Happy with the entire process, and especially to the communication aspect. All questions (and I had MANY) were answered immediately, often with a phone call. Very happy with the work and staff.

Had a Panasonic heat pump installed quickly (within 4 days of deposit) and best of 3 quotes. Great service from Darren and the installers Drew and Caezar. Very polite, tidy workmanship, good product. System works as expected. Would certainly recommend them.

This company was a pleasure toe work with. Pat came in and walked through giving me thoughts on our desire to have an old A/C replaced with a heat pump, and potentially switch out the furnace. It did not feel like we were being upsold like with other quotes we got, and he had the brands of equipment we were looking for. Pat was also super patient with me as I asked many, many questions over the several months where I was out of town, and was always quick to respond. They were also able to free up space in our backyard by giving us a side discharge unit on the side of the house. His installer crew led by Drew was fantastic. They did the whole setup in one day, including a fantastic job on both the furnace and heat pump, installing new vents for the furnace where we preferred them, taking away the old A/C, and even doing a bit of extra work we had asked about since they were here already with a large hammer drill.
