Handyman - Winston Osbourne

hired Winston osbourne/Will to do several small jobs. He suggested that he can provide me the 10 stepping stones. He brought 5 and asked for payment for complete job, I paid him and after that he stopped answering my calls and messages. Work remaining was garbage picking and 5 stepping stones. After trying for couple of weeks, he picked up my call. I asked him about stones, he said he will bring later. I have hired him for several work in the past as well. I didn’t have this experience. We talked about more work like grass cutting, grill install and lawn cleaning but this time I wanted to pay after the work for completed because of the past experience.He did the same thing, he argued with me for the payment without finishing the job. I paid him because I didn’t want to deal with him anymore. Also, he started asking more money. Couple of weeks ago I hired someone to do the grass cutting for $80 And he said I would do it for you for $50 biweekly and after cutting the grass he asked for $150 for one time. He is unprofessional, work is slow and doesn’t finish the work.
