I bought a Dacor induction range and had issues from day 1. Comerco, other than having a long wait to get through on the phone were prompt and efficient sending service. After 4 1/2 years and service issues--not Comerco ones--they have decided o replace my range. The issue is that Samsung bought out Dacor and discontinued the range.
Within hours of the decision to replace I have had a call from the retailer select another range.
I cannot fault Comerco in any of the issues. They were polite and efficient.

Dont buy any kind of protection plans from Comerco for your products, one of the worst customer service, phone is always on hold for 1+ hour and after that they will transfer your call to someone else , this company pays big payments to retailers to sell their extended warranties because company knows that they will not honour any kind of warranty , they always give you new excuses , company doesnt provide any direct services, they use outside people ( who seems to be unqualified)

I have a service contract with Comerco. It has taken four months for my dishwasher to be serviced. Comerco has finally found a service person who can service a Fisher Paykell dishwasher and after spending four days at home waiting for a service person, I was called today, to be told a service person will be coming by on Monday and that I needed to stay home all day waiting for the service person to come to my home! It is important to note that one of the service people that they sent, walked in saying he never saw a machine with drawers and proceeded to break some of the parts!!After reading other reviews of Comerco, I realize that having a service contract with Comerco is definitely not worth the trouble and long wait time for service that I have endured. A broken dishwasher since December is ridiculous!!!
