Empire Plumbing & Renos

Moe just didn't come back after the first day of a 3day job which I paid in full. He simply ghosted me, after 2 weeks of trying to reach out to him he is not returning my calls or text. I trusted him because he had done several work at my house before with no issues so I didn't expect or suspect that we would just not show up. Very disappointed as I trusted him. Now I see that I am not the only one.

Do not use EMPIRE Plumbing and Reno for any bathroom renovation work. We started a bathroom renovation and Moe walked away from the job without a word. There were numerous mistakes made by his crew. We are beginning the project again and everything that was done has to be redone which has amounted to over thousands and thousands of dollars. His lack of general contracting knowledge/skill was evident in the shoddy work that we were left with to deal with.
Needless to say I would NOT RECOMMEND the company for any bathroom renovation work.

I called Moe with an issue that I had with my toilet and within the same day he arrived to save my day! It was only a quick fix that I tried to do myself but he came and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks Moe!

Just want to thank this young man for an amazing job. I had a leak in my pipes which the other plumber caused. Moe fixed the leak properly and triple checked before leaving. Love that he is also 24/7 on call!

Mohammad worked extremely hard to finish his job. He made sure there was no room for error and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend Empire plumbing and Reno's for anyone looking to get the best service and who like dealing with professionals. I was happy with the outcome!

Mohammed was very pleasant and hard working. He tried very hard to unclog our kitchen sink, tried snaking it at least 3 times, unfortunately it was not a basic job. I could sense he tried his best to keep the cost as low as possible but because the clog was so bad and deep into the pipes it required him to go to the basement and cut out holes in the ceiling to reach the blockage. He measured thoroughly to ensure he got as close to the location as possible so as not to cut more of the drywall than necessary. The initial quote was $250 but understanbly ended up to be $750 which was fair and reasonable given the amount of work and time required. He then doubled checked everything and left us his card to contact him if there were any issues. Thank you Mohammed for your hard work.

I have been wanting to replace my bathroom sink for a long time and after finding empire plumbing & renos, they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. They came, did the job flawlessly and were extremely friendly.
