10 out of 10 service. He showed up on time tools in hand. Did a complete inspection of the home I was looking to purchase from dugout to the shingles. Was very honest and knowledgeable. Showed and explained to me all repairs that should and or needed to be done.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

waste of money

He told me the inspection would take 3 hours when in reality he was there for an hour. When we received the report it was basically empty and there was no effort that was put into it or the inspection for that matter.

Company Response: There are certainly times that an inspection takes less than the 2.5 hours assigned, but I absolutely take a lot of effort and care to inspect everything I can, and answer any questions that a home buyer has along the way (a lot of the allotted time for an inspection is to make sure there is time for a buyer to ask questions as we go through the property). My reports outline any problems or "flags" noted in the property, and if the final report is light, it's because there was little to note that came up in the inspection. I'm also very available for follow up questions, and keep detailed notes on the properties I inspect. I'm shocked that anyone I've done an inspection for is less than satisfied, and wish I had the opportunity to through any issues you may have had. Adrien was wonderful to work with. This was our first home, so he explained the process to us and went over everything he was looking for. I had a three page list of questions, which he kindly went over with me! He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with his responses, and took plenty of pictures to show his findings. A thorough job, which was well done! Will definitely recommend!
