Next, we met Jim who is very knowledgeable and offers clear and honest answers to our questions about his products. We rec'd a very timely, fair, comparable and thorough quote in writing. We accepted to do business with Ottawa HVAC Inc. and Jim's team arrived as planned and these guys were awesome. Again, very pleasant and professional and experts in their field. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the products and mostly the work done.
