Unprofessional, irresponsive to customer inquiries, phone calls, texts, emails about start up of project, no show for appts, took our deposit but refused to communicate for a refund once we got tired of waiting. outrageous hourly rate as 150 per hour as we found out after we cancelled the project before even started. We lost complete faith in a matter of few weeks. Could imagine if the work was done good luck with getting a response for repairs or warranty even exists. Still waiting for refund of our deposit minus the temp toilet he installed + 2 small holes in wall. They only installed this temp toilet (supplied by customer)
