We are thrilled to have found Arctic Vinyl Windows and have had the pleasure of working closely with Mike throughout our window replacement process. Although we began exploring options last summer, we only recently finalized our purchase. Mike has gone above and beyond, patiently reviewing various window options with us multiple times and providing several quotes without hesitation. During our selection process, we encountered a minor issue with the grille option we initially chose. Mike promptly addressed the issue and presented us with alternative options, ensuring we found a solution that met our aesthetic preferences. While we opted for a more expensive grille option for our front windows, which added $2000 to our budget, we appreciate Mike's transparency and commitment to helping us achieve the look we desired.

Though our windows have not yet been installed, we have high expectations for their quality based on Arctic Vinyl's reputation. More importantly, we are confident in Arctic Vinyl's accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction, should any issues arise in the future.
