Takeoff Moving

I started searching for a mover to handle my move since Feb. I went through a lot of Qs & As with various movers before I decided to go with Takeoff Moving. They have a team of different people replying and following up with me on all the details. I provided them with my move list and photos, and they sent me an estimate with the approximate time for the move. Everything is clear. On the day of the move, Nima, Ivan and Sasha arrived on time and I briefed them all the items I marked as well as my expectations etc. The move is extremely smooth and we have a record breaking 3-hour move from North York to Markham. Everything is very carefully taken care of and nothing is broken. I'd say it's a great job well done. Thanks.

$400 for two workers for one hour with no truck- called maybe 20 minutes in advance to say no truck was coming and that we would have to walk to and from each building in multiple trips, asked if there was a lower cost for not having a truck and turns out we wouldve had to pay additional on the day of if we had a truck which was not disclosed to us. nice people but disappointing service, go to taskrabbit instead.

Takeoff moving company along with their crew, Sergey, Carlos, Yakov, Sasha, Ibrahim and Gudram did an amazing job with our move. We had a grand piano that had to be taken apart for the move and they provided this service of disassembling and reassembling. Very impressed with their service and I HIGHLY recommend them to get any moving job done professionally, efficiently and courteously. Thank you Alex for giving us a great rate you were awsome!

Moving all the way from North York to Oakville was worrying me a lot and this is the first time I move. Cousin recommended me the company, I made the booking and it was easy and they accommodate my time. The day of moving came and as explained they called ahead of arrival the team was Abdullah, Marin, Abdulla very nice and professional guys. They took care of everything and there were extremely careful moving stuff. No damage no scratches and also the place and stairs were not easy but amazingly they managed to get everything in place.

I'd previously left a review for this company that was 1 star. Within 1 hour I was contacted by the company owner. The owner listened attentively to my description of my experience, then responded professionally with a sincere apology and we discussed how to make it right. What they did not do is make excuses. There were admissions of error and with these in mind our negotiation led to a very fair outcome for both of us.
It is worthy to mention that Takeoff Moving employs mainly (over 95%) refugees from war-torn countries (eg. Afghanistan, Ukraine) who, through Takeoff, have the opportunity to provide a safe, comfortable new home for their families - a noble effort indeed.

My crew from Takeoff Moving did excellent job moving my family from condo to the house in Concord. George was very helpful on the phone and organized moving process perfectly.
