During my home inspection, it was discovered that the addition attic contained what was believed to be asbestos. Not wanting to send samples to a lab and then wait for the results, I decided to just go ahead with the abatement. I contacted Sean and he sent out a crew. They set up quickly and did their thing. I was very pleased with how quick, thorough and professional they were to deal with. I received a clean air certificate shortly afterwards to ensure that there were no particles remaining.
Khans Corp left the job site neat and tidy, and they even came back to repair the lawn, where one of their truck tires had dug in the grass a bit.

Shann and crew were amazing to work with. We ran into asbestos in a heritage home bathroom and Khan Corp took excellent care and effort to remediate the problem so that construction could continue.
