As soon as I posted on HomeStars i got a call, and service the next day. I had old gas pipes removed and capped off.
Work was done quickly and insisted on doing the job to my satisfaction and there best. Thank you Barack.

Talking to Babak was simple, and he was genuinely polite. He made a point of detailing his work after completing the maintenance on my furnace and highlighting the significance of each step. Additionally, Babak did a great job of accurately recreating the sounds of my modulating furnace to show what was happening, which was really useful. Babak perfectly exemplified each quality, and I was happy that he had completed my maintenance work since I felt lighter and more at ease. I enjoyed it a lot!

My furnace stopped producing heat on the coldest weekend of the year and Babak was able to come by the same day to diagnose the issue and provide me with cost effective options.

They fixed the issue the following morning, stayed for some time to ensure that everything was working properly and did some extra maintenance for me.

They came for an emergency call because my furnace stopped working during the winter. They fixed the problem, which was a simple one, but they were transparent about it. It was just had a couple of loose wires. Then they did some maintenance on the furnace and showed me a couple of things to look for to avoid having issues. They also told me to service the furnace every 2 to 3 years, while others want me to do it every 6 months. And they seem to know what they were doing. They cleaned (vacuumed) the furnace which no other repair people had ever done before. So now my furnace is running nicely and is clean.

My furnace was not working and I put a work request through with Homestars. This company called and was very prompt and very clear about their service it turned out I needed to clean the filter and that resolved the issue but the attention from this company was very appreciated and it was the only company that called me back. I was very thankful and I will keep their number for future work!

Excellent experience, Babak was considerate, very well informed and lovely to deal with. My previous provider retired and I'm very relieved to have found someone I feel I can trust going forward. I will be giving future business to this company.
