Now Its Clean

Fabulous work from the customer service to the cleaning team. We had our office cleaned post-construction as our company is expanding to Toronto and I truly would like to express our gratitude to Now It's Clean! Marvellous work!

Me and my family moved to Toronto from Brazil recently. We needed a cleaning company for our new home and Now It's Clean is amazing! I really recommend this company. The cleaners are Excelente!

We paid more than $800 for two cleaners to clean our house for five hours. When they arrived we told them to prioritize the upper and main floors of house. They spent 3.5 hours cleaning 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were already tidied with surfaces cleared. They never finished the job upstairs and then went to our basement while ignoring the main floor and all of our primary living areas. I think this was done intentionally so we would be pressured to pay them for more time to clean what mattered most to us. We paid extra for blind cleaning and never received the service.

We complained with pictures and specific details but were told that we should have paid for more hours instead. They said our complaints are not included in the service. I have highlighted the services we did not even receive on the upper level that was allegedly completed.

Even though they didnt finish cleaning anything, they spent time folding our toilet paper like a fancy hotel. I feel very Taken advantage of by this company.

I recently moved from the UK to Toronto and needed a move-in clean for my new home. The movers were a bloody nightmare to deal with and but Now Its Clean was a pleasant experience.

The customer service was exceptional, Zubair was straight to the point. Provided a detailed explanation of what was included in the service which other services did not. Gave me three packages, I chose the one with 2 cleaners and they came the next day. The staff did a fantastic job and they are now my monthly cleaning service.

Here's my experience that i believe is worth sharing. We renovated our kitchen and replaced our floors. There was dust and debris everywhere. My husband and I tried cleaning it ourselves but it was too much. We hired a cleaning company reffered by a friend and it was terrible. No uniforms, they came late and on top of that had an attitude that we were supposed to be happy that they just showed up.

I told my husband to fire them and i looked on Google for a company in Toronto. Found Now It's Clean and called them, Zubair picked up my call and he was nice and gave me a breakdown and three packages. The team came on the same day and thank god they came. On time, wore uniforms, were so kind and always asked me if everything looked good before proceeding to clean other areas of the home.

My only feedback to the owners is introduce less strongly scented cleaning products.

The company name is how i felt after getting my home cleaned by Now It's Clean! We moved in to our first home in Canada! I know right, home owner in Canada is rare these days. :)

The home was in rough shape and we wanted our home to be our own. I found Now It's Clean on Google and they had good reviews in Toronto so iI said why not. Spoke to Zubair, and the break down was excellent and the customer service was even better. The cleaners that came to our home were super kind and respectful, they had really nice uniforms. :)

They made my house into my home and it smells so so good! I love lavender!

I will recommend them to friends and family members! Thank you so much Now It's Clean!

We had a new property that had major renovations done, we needed to get the home professionally cleaned prior to our move-in. Searched on Google and spoke to Zubair and he broke down the service in depth and provided 3 packages. They came the same day and did such a wonderful job. I will recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues.

Here is my honest review after thorough research and the actual service. Excellent customer service, huge thank you
to Nina for making the booking process so easy. The actual service was top-tier. They brought the cleaning supplies, they wore uniforms and the staff were so friendly but more importantly knowledgeable in the cleaning process. I gotta say, after reading the reviews online and having the service, its 9.5/10 which Is saying a lot coming from me. Happy Holidays Now Its Clean. Thanks for the clean home right before Christmas!

Moving to a new country is very stressful. Finding a new place, packing boxes and unpacking. My condo was a mess when the previous tenant left. I found Now Its Clean on Google and I spoke to Nina and she was very nice and made the booking process very easy. When the maids came to the house, my god they were fantastic! They made my condo so clean and smell so nice. It smells like lavender! Can't recommend them enough, thank you Nina and Now Its Clean!

The booking process was easy. The customer service was amazing! The cleaning crew that came to my house even better. The sweetest ladies with the best attitude and their attention to detail was evident. After many years of trying different cleaning services Now Its Clean is my go to!
