The technician showed up late. He then proceeded to tell me that he had only installed one dishwasher before, so he was "nervous". He failed to read the instructions. He violated the electrical safety code by failing to connect the ground wire. He failed to properly install the drain pipe adaptor so there was a 3/4" pipe attached to a 1/2" pipe, which leaked profusely. He told me that the dishwasher did not fit and that I needed a carpenter, when in reality he had simply failed to read the instructions and drilled the hole too high, leading to the drain hose getting blocked behind the dishwasher. Astonishingly terrible.
