His initial response was quick, and all subsequent communications were prompt, clear, courteous and super professional. He was punctual, polite and very friendly. Great positive energy! Front storm door screen replaced along with one bedroom window screen replaced. One kitchen window needed a hinge replacement (this was a big job, in my opinion), 2 crank replacements and one lock replacement for the bedroom windows upstairs. All of this was done within a hour and a half. Would highly recommend Emile and will be using him in the future if needed. Super guy. Needed to replace a sliding screen door in a custom colour. Sheldon came by, did the measurements, colour matched, and was able to put a rush in - and so everything was done in just over a week. Communications was excellent, and I was informed at every step from when the first appointment was made, when he was on his way, and when my door had arrived. Very happy with final result - just like new!

I needed a screen for a kitchen window and other companies could not do it. Revitalize was responsive, punctual, and did an amazing job. On the spot problem solving, as the window is a non standard size. Very happy.
